What level should I pick:

Choose the Right Route: Start with a trail that matches your fitness level and experience. Beginners is less strenuous terrain with more breaks, Intermediate slightly higher terrain with more complex route and Advanced has a more challenging terrain.

What gear to wear:

Be aware of the weather. Walking layering system includes a base layer, an insulating middle layer and a weather-proof outer shell.

Clothing Essentials:

Layering including a vest tee-shirt, a long-sleeved tee-shirt, a thin fleece, lightweight track suit bottoms, two pairs of socks (thick and thin), comfortable water resistant walking boots and outer wear. gloves and & hat. Be prepared for weather changes & dress accordingly.

Important: Start slow and stay hydrated. Pace yourself.
